From enquiry to delivered container

Every enquiry is read by a member of our export sales team — not routed through a generic inbox. Within one working day we confirm receipt, and within 48 hours we come back with initial pricing, MOQ options and lead-time indications for the products you mentioned.

  1. 01.Quotation & specs. We share FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP pricing along with construction details — fabric, GSM, thread count, sizes, packaging and labelling options.
  2. 02.Samples. Development samples ship in 7–14 days by DHL or FedEx. Bulk pre-production samples follow once artwork and lab-dip approvals are signed off.
  3. 03.Order confirmation. A proforma invoice locks the specification, quantity, price, incoterm and delivery window. A 30% advance is standard for new buyers; balance against bill-of-lading copy.
  4. 04.Production & QC. 30–45 days for most orders, with AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection. Third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) welcome at buyer's cost.
  5. 05.Shipping. Dispatch through Nhava Sheva or Mundra with full export documentation, HS codes and country-specific compliance paperwork.

What is your minimum order quantity?
100 pieces per SKU for bed sheets, duvet covers and custom private label sets. 500 pieces per SKU for quilts and comforters. 1,000 pieces per SKU for pillowcases. Private label with custom Pantone matching starts at 300 pieces per SKU.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We produce under buyers' own brand names with custom woven labels, hangtags, care labels, poly-bags, printed inserts and retail-ready gift boxes. Artwork specs and Pantone references are handled in-house.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001 quality management, ZED Pledge, and country-specific compliance for CPSIA (USA), UKCA (UK) and GCC (Gulf). OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is currently in process.
Can I visit the factory?
Absolutely. Our Ahmedabad facility welcomes buyer visits year-round; we can also coordinate meetings at Heimtextil Frankfurt and other trade shows we attend.
What are your payment terms?
30% advance with order confirmation and 70% against scanned bill-of-lading is standard for new buyers. Repeat buyers can request Letter of Credit at sight or approved open-account terms.
