Product Specifications

Royal Mills bed sheets are woven from long-staple cotton, spanning 200TC to 1000TC across percale and sateen constructions, with Jacquard and Damask weaves available in our premium range. Flat and fitted sheets are cut and stitched at our vertically integrated, ISO 9001:2015 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified facility in Ahmedabad, giving us direct control over shrinkage tolerance, seam strength, and shade consistency across repeat orders. Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per SKU, with lower minimums available for stock-supported private label programmes. Typical lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval, with AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection on every order. We export to hotel groups, retail importers, and Amazon FBA brands across the UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Europe, and Australia, with sizing available in UK, US, EU, AU, and GCC bed dimensions.
